Refundable Consultation $175.00

A consultation is required for all design and architectural services. Once you sign and pay for your services, you will receive your $175.00 for consultation back towards your services fee.

A down Payment of $2,675.00 to start any project,  depending on project size and scope of work, prices may vary. A signed agreement must be made before work starts so that no work done will be compromised.

Architectural Floor Plans and Additions $2,675.00

     I am Laura Gudipalley, owner of Custom Home Gyms, LLC. I am an Agent Partner with Keller Williams Signature Partners as an Interior Design Firm. I specialize in Custom Architectural Renderings Space Plans for New Residential Homes and Commercial Properties or any Custom Floor Plan made to order, as well as sight plans for new and existing homeowners, office owners, and home builders. I make sure all my plans pass city and county requirements for renovation and construction to take place and pass inspection. I have my own special team of workers that can assist me in my renovations and new builds, or my clients can request their own workers as well. I am happy to meet the needs of any of my clients. I start with a consultation and payment, measurements, drafting of plans, and then finalization of plans passing city requirements. You may request my services and buy products such as my own book “Laura’s Great Guide to Fitness: How to Stay Healthy Throughout the Ages”. You may also make payment for my design services directly, thru this website, or in person. I take all forms of payment and all payment must be made before my services begin. It usually takes 4-6 weeks for me to complete a set of renderings or sight plans depending on the size and scope of the project.  

Interior Design Floor Plans are made Custom Order Per Individual for the use of new build or pre-existing space.

2) Bubble Charts: Selection of relation of rooms

3) Square footage decision for each space

4) Furniture, Lighting, Electrical Plans

5) Final Renderings

Each additional hour is $115.00 added to work on the plans.

Floor plan design using measurements of your space, inputting furnishings and fitness equipment.

(hourly rates include all design fees including drafting, measuring, finding products and service charge on products bought).

Interior Design Services $75.00 an hour (10 hour minimum)

Interior design services include the selection of paint colors, new furnishings, rugs, wall hangings, etc. Ten hours of designer serv​ices is required to schedule a service along with a $175.00 consultation. This comes to $925.00 for 10 hours of design services.  Flooring selections, cost estimates, and installation are part of this service.  Call today to schedule your consultation.  Laura will stand by hired workers to make sure all plans and services are accurately executed.
