Spring is in the Air

Pep up your step while the weather is getting warmer.  Find activities outdoors that will keep you active and healthy.  Remember to eat small portions and to get at least 30 minutes of cardio a day.  As the summer is on its way remember to grab some sunblock and apply it to prevent premature skin damage.  Hydrate by drinking lots of water on those sunny days and don't forget to have fun in the sun!
