Running


I will tell you why running is so good for you.  Running increases your cardiovascular exercise, which is good for your heart.  Your heart is the center of your body which fuels the blood flow to your body and your brain.  The more circulation you have, the better you can think, the quicker you can move, and overall better health you will have throughout your body, because all of your tiny blood vessels will be getting enough oxygen to fuel your body in order for you to walk around and move around properly.  You can start with walking and then move to speed walking and then on to  running.  Distance and time are up to you.  I would recommend at least one hour of walking or running a day.
