Fitness Videos


Please to announce that I am making not one, but three exercise videos to sell on my website www.customgymsonline.com.  As you know I have instructed fitness classes for most of my life and now I am bringing my fitness class to your own home.  I am excepting donations for the making of these videos.  My goal is to reach $1500 to $2000 which will include all production costs and any extra equipment fees.  You can make your donations on my website www.customgymsonline.com under the DONATE tab, or you can send a personal check to Custom Home Gyms, LLC. made out to Laura S.
